Iryna Fedorenko, Principal of the Chaya Mushka Schneerson Humanities Lyceum, participated in the All-Ukrainian Forum of Principals of Jewish Educational Institutions of the Or Avner network, held in Dnipro. The event brought together more than 30 school leaders from different regions of Ukraine and served as an important platform for professional networking, exchange of experience, and discussion of current issues in the development of Jewish education.

Over the course of several days, participants explored modern educational approaches, enhanced their leadership competencies, and sought effective solutions to the challenges facing educational institutions today. Special attention was given to ensuring a safe educational environment, implementing innovative teaching methods, and preserving Jewish traditions within the educational process.

One of the key events of the forum was a meeting with Rabbi Shmuel Kaminezki, Chief Rabbi of Dnipro and the region. Participants discussed current issues related to the development of Jewish education and received a blessing for their continued work and future educational initiatives.

The forum program included thematic lectures, practical workshops, panel discussions, and business simulation activities. Among the main topics were new educational initiatives within the Or Avner network, the creation of a values-based educational environment, the integration of academic learning and character development in modern Jewish schools, and the cultivation of leadership skills among school administrators.

As part of the forum, participants visited leading Jewish educational institutions in Dnipro, including the International Humanitarian-Pedagogical Institute “Beit Chana,” a Jewish lyceum, and preschool educational institutions. They learned about their experience in organizing the educational process and implementing academic and extracurricular programs.

Participation in the forum provided an important opportunity for professional growth, strengthening cooperation among educational institutions, and introducing new ideas that will contribute to the continued improvement of the educational process at the Chaya Mushka Schneerson Humanities Lyceum.
